Ms. Fujii’s practice involves all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. She represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of real estate. She represents landlords and tenants in connection with office, industrial, mixed-use, retail and shopping center leases. She also represents contractors and developers in connection with drafting construction contracts, design/build contracts and joint venture agreements.
