Bruce M. Lubarsky has a law practice focused on commercial real estate and real estate-related transactions, representing both landlords and tenants. He also deals with other commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, property development and financing matters.

Bruce’s commercial leasing practice involves all aspects of commercial leasing including office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects, from small scale projects (single-tenant buildings) to office complexes. Representative projects include shopping centers and business parks in the San Mateo and elsewhere across California, as well as mixed-use office/retail complexes. He represents several major landlords in local and national transactions.
