Ms. Fujii’s practice involves all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. She represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of real estate.  She represents landlords and tenants in connection with office, industrial, mixed-use, retail and shopping center leases.  She also represents contractors and developers in connection with drafting construction contracts, design/build contracts and joint venture agreements.  In addition to her transactional practice, Ms. Fujii represents owners, landlords, tenants, brokers, contractors, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and other clients in real estate and business litigation matters including without limitation, disputes arising from purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, option agreements, listing agreements, tenancy in common agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, construction contracts, joint venture agreements, partition actions, easement/encroachment disputes, title insurance disputes, and ADA compliance matters in state and federal court.
